Terms and Conditions for Business Management Services

1. Scope of Services:
My Score Max LLC provides business management solutions designed to support operational, administrative, and compliance functions for companies and individuals. Specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be detailed in each individual agreement or invoice..

2. Engagement Period:
The duration of each engagement will be confirmed in writing between both parties. Extensions or modifications to the engagement period must be documented and agreed to in writing.

3. Fees and Payment Terms:

  • Clients are invoiced only after services have been fully rendered and completed.

  • Payment may be due upon completion of services or subject to specific payment terms, including but not limited to Net 15 or Net 30, as stated on the invoice.

  • Payments processed by credit card will reflect the registered business name on the customer’s card statement.

4. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to operational data, financial information, and customer records.

5. Intellectual Property:
Unless otherwise specified in writing, any materials, documentation, or records prepared by My Score Max LLC during the engagement shall be the property of the client. My Score Max LLC retains the right to utilize general knowledge, tools, and methodologies developed during engagements for future projects.

6. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client remains responsible for payment of any services that have already been rendered and delivered.

7. Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete the agreed deliverables. Delays in providing required information may impact timelines or results.

8. Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold My Score Max LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages that arise directly from the client’s actions, omissions, or use of the deliverables provided.

9. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, the parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration prior to filing any chargeback or legal claim.

10. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our services. Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice if they are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to payments@myscoremax.com.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

11. Amendments:
These terms and conditions may be amended or modified only in writing and with the mutual consent of both parties.

By engaging in our business consulting services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
